We gave them all a serious overhaul, using the "Window Care Product" system, and decorated them to our usual high standard. Shown below is a typical example of a window, where the edge of the cill was completely rotted through. We routed out the wood until it reached sound timber on all sides. We then scraped back all residual paint and wood stain

The end result was a splendid finish that will hold up to the elements of the British weather. St Pauls Community Centre in London can now enjoy atleast another 5 years life on their windows before redecoration as part of a usual maintanence regime. Many more photos of this project are available upon request.

A person builds their new home bringing too much of their neighbours design and too little of their own. They drag after them the same kitchen layout, soon the same floor plan, finally the same house in entirety; and the home-owner who fully appreciates the advantages which they built their home to secure, feels themselves impelled to build again something new. Registered designer Andrew E. feels it a waste of energy to plan a house hap-hazard, to hit-or-miss, an already distorted condition of building a home. So this partial solution of a new home for an individual, which will be truly individual, begins at the beginning and assumes a system of design that is deserved by the home-owner and creates a house that is a tribute to that owner. Design, states “many Design-Build companies who claim to design your home usually do not have any formal design training within their company, this leads to designs being copied from previous clients and even taken from design magazines or standard design packages.” The result, Andrew includes, “is a negative effect on your new home making it the same as one or even many of the other houses in the area.” Andrew’s solution to “copy cat” housing is a system of design which originates from the individual and creates a monument to that individual. It is also important to note that a design can not be copied without the consent of the designer. This is why Andrew E. Design implements a one-of-a-kind design philosophy, ensuring once your design is finalized it will not be given to any future client for reproduction. Speaking with a professional Designer or a professional Architect is the first step that should be taken to ensure a design which will fully incorporate your needs and beliefs as an individual. Andrew E. has been designing custom Homes since 1998 providing clients with a professional service to ensure their new home is an extension of their lifestyle. Andrew E.
